Dr. Whiting is board certified in pediatrics and has been practicing medicine since 1983. Dr. Whiting is devoted to caring for children from birth to age 18 and is a preferred provider of most insurance plans. He offers same-day sick appointments, immunizations, newborn care, pediatric behavioral care as well as well child visits. (Se Habla Español). Dr. Whiting offers vaccinations through private insurance as well as the Vaccines for Children program through the state. He offers multiple flu shot clinics every year for his patients and their families and also has Saturday and evening appointments available. Dr. Whiting provides newborn care in the hospital for both premature and full term infants as well as circumcisions in the hospital and in office. Mission, sports, and scout physicals are available. He is an expert in dealing with pediatric behavioral problems such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and autism. Dr. Whiting offers appointments that allow time to address all concerns. Dr. Michael Whiting graduated with a BS degree in genetics, cum laude, from Brigham Young University. He then graduated from the Saint Louis University of Medicine followed by a residency with the Phoenix Hospitals Pediatric Program. He is board certified in pediatrics and has been practicing pediatric medicine since 1983. He enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and numerous grandchildren.
