Recommends Available On Time Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Nice Office Understandable ReachableI did a review a couple of days ago stating my disappointment in howI felt my case did not seem to matter. I had received a call from Micky that my MRI request to the insurace company was being denied, and she was not at all helpfull by not returning my calls as to what I could do to make this happen, and when I did reach her, she was very rude in her response. The following day of my review, Dr Calhoun did call me and explain to me that we may have to do more testing and submit that information with the MRI request. I have seen him several times over the past few years and he has always been great deal with, he takes all the time needed to hear your issues and time to explain what my options are. I just want to add that his personally returning my call truly shows his compassion for his clients, and it was greatly appreciated.

On Time Friendly Professional Knowledgeable Nice Office UnderstandableI have been suffering from a lot of pain in my left hand, arm, and now it has moved into my shoulder. this has been going on for months now and continues to get worse. I have done physical therapy, steroid injections with no relief. Primary Dr sugested I go back to see him, as he is the one that knows my history of broke back and neck. I went in and seen him, and he said that it may be hard to get approval for MRI, but he didn't tell me that he or his staff will not do what is required to get it approved. Which is a phone call with National Imaging explaining why the MRI is needed. The lady that takes care of this in his office will not return your calls once see notifies you that your insurance has denied request for the MRI, I called my insurance all they needed was information from Dr. as to why MRI was being requsted. And if you are lucky enough to get Mickey back on the phone, she is very very rude, and could care less....
