Bio
Dr. Novak received his BA and MD degrees from Case Western Reserve University. He completed his ophthalmology and retinal training at the Wilmer Ophthalmological Institute of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Dr. Novak has been recognized in Cleveland Magazine's "Best Doctors in America" list every year since 2011.
Hi principal areas of interest include retinal and vitreous surgery and the treatment of diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, and retinal tears and detachments. Dr. Novak also participates in ongoing research studies as a principal investigator and investigator.

As an ophthalmologist in OH, Dr. Michael Novak is trained to diagnose, treat, and manage diseases or trauma of the eye. Dr. Novak may treat conditions such as glaucoma, corneal tumors, cataracts, retinal disorders, conjunctivitis, astigmatism and ocular tumors. Treatments may include the prescription of medication or surgeries such as corrective surgery (e.g. LASIK), cataract surgery, or glaucoma surgery.
