From I-91 North or South, take exit 47 to I-90 west crossing Connecticut River. Take a left onto route 159 going south. At first light turn right onto Thrall Avenue. At end of Thrall Avenue turn right onto Bridge Street. Go 1 mile, turn right into Suffield Village Plaza. Enter in the entrance by Suffield Village Pizza, go up one flight of stairs to the second floor.

There is a handicap ramp accessible in the parking area by the Highland Park Market entrance to the plaza.

Our office is in Suffield Village Plaza in the center of Suffield, Ct. Within the  plaza at ground level is also Highland Park Market, Suffield Village Pizza and Tosca's restaurant.

There are three parking areas with three possible entrances into the offices in  the Suffield Village Plaza. The Bridge Street parking (south side of the plaza) is also where several restaurants are located. Inside this entrance there is a one level stairwell going up to the second floor where our office is located. There is also a handicapped accessible entrance if you on the west side of the plaza facing Highland Park Market. The north side parking area of the plaza has an entrance that will take you directly to the second floor.

Dr. Leonhardt provides individual psychiatric and behavioral treatment for adults in Suffield, CT. Foundation services are diagnostic evaluations and psychopharmacology.

Dr. Leonhardt is a graduate of the  University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 1986. And in 1990, completed her residency and fellowship training at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Mclean Hospital and University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

Dr. Leonhardt is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Her office prides itself on privacy, generous allotment of time for each patient and  no double or over booking of patients. The safety of treatments and care provided is of the utmost importance.

Areas of interest include Mood Disorders, ADHD, psychiatric complications of medical conditions, Substance Abuse, and sleep disorders.

We are in network with most private insurers including:
