I have spent my entire adult life studying, training and striving to master the art of medicine. It is my privilege to practice medicine and to work with a staff that is equally committed to patient care. My practice is subspecialized to address complex female urologic issues, urologic issues related to neurologic disorders, male incontinence and retention. These issues can dramatically affect a person's quality of life. I have dedicated myself to do everything in my ability to improve my patient's lives
Urologists are physicians trained to diagnose and treat the various disorders and diseases relating to the urinary tract in both men and women, also specializing in the reproductive system in males. Dr. Fischer may diagnose and treat conditions like urinary tract infections, prostate cancer, kidney stones and incontinence, among others. Treatment options can be surgical or non-surgical in nature, depending upon the patient's specific diagnosis and medical history.
Urogynecologists are trained to treat women suffering from all types of pelvic disorders, such as incontinence, uterine disorders or sexual dysfunction, among others. Dr. Fischer is trained in both surgical and non-surgical treatments for women suffering from these conditions, and can help restore the quality of life in patients. Conditions treated by a urogynecologist will often be extremely personal, or potentially embarrassing, for patients.
