After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Dr Roskos obtained her PhD in Immunology and Microbiology from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Her research focused on the reconstitution of the immune system, specifically CD8 T cells, after bone marrow transplantation. Following graduate school, she earned her MD degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She did her residency in Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern - Austin Program, in Austin, TX and her cardiology fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease (Cardiology). She practiced with hospital-owned cardiology groups in Wisconsin and Florida, before starting her own practice, Roskos Cardiology, in October 2018.
Dr. Roskos is a cardiologist in St Petersburg, qualified to deliver detailed care for the heart and cardiovascular system.
