Dr. Meiying Kuo graduated from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine before completing a residency in General Surgery at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Case Medical Center. She then completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery at Integris Baptist Medical Center.
