I took my girlfriend to his office. She has a lump at her hip groin area which She is very concerned about. Took an MRI in which the tec told her to call doctor werts office the next day to get the results. We called leaving a message for the doctor to call us back. He never called. We called every day for a week , he never called. We called the office manager left a message for her to call back.Needless to say she never called back. Here we are 3/weeks later and still no call from this doctor or his office with the results. We called again today and a office worker said that they never got the report. This worker told us she would look into it and give us a call in 15 minutes. That call back never happened. A poorly run office and or a doctor who does not care. Beware people!
