Dr. Provencher previously served as the Chief of Sports Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, Visiting Professor at Harvard Medical School and was the Head Team Physician and Medical Director of the New England Patriots. Dr. Provencher has special expertise in sports medicine, as well as shoulder arthroscopy, shoulder stabilization, rotator cuff repair, biceps and SLAP disorders, shoulder arthritis and shoulder replacements, joint restoration with biologics and cartilage, knee arthroscopy, knee ligament reconstruction, osteotomies and cartilage restoration. He focuses on treating conditions with both non-surgical and surgical treatment techniques.
