I have been practicing in the South Jersey area since finishing my Internal Medicine residency at Cooper hospital in 1983. I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine and as well as Addiction Medicine (ABAM-recertified 2012) practicing internal medicine and addiction medicine in my office and have been the Medical Director of an outpatient opiate treatment facility, Burlington Comprehensive Counseling, for 30 years. I have been prescribing Methadone at this clinic since 1986 and buprenorphine since it's introduction in my private office setting. I am also an authorized Medical Marijuana prescriber and treat qualified patients.
I am a member of American College of Physicians, American Society of Internal Medicine and the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
We strive to deliver quality care in a timely manner. We try to develop a partnership with our patients and involve them in the decision making of their treatment, giving them options rather than just ordering them to follow a one sided regime. We are open minded and attempt to be flexible but without compromising patient care.
I am also an instrument rated private pilot and volunteer with the Civil Air Patrol as a Transport Mission Pilot with Civil Air Patrol flying cadet orientation flights.
