The approval of the medications prescribed by this Clinic was significantly delayed which have caused me: 1) Physical pain 2) Jeopardized my kidney/high blood pressure The Supervisor stated that they’re terminating their medical services because I am asking a lot of question.I requested that before their services is put to a halt, the Clinic must notify Dr. Marie to ensure that the provision of my medications is not affected. I stated sample medication have been completely consumed. I requested for additional supply of the sample medication for use while waiting for the approval but was denied. I explained the reason of my call is to find out the reason why the status of the prescribed medications are still in process and why is it that a generic medication has not been submitted as required by the insurance as an alternate to the Clinic’s prescribed named medication. Again, she answered in a yelling voice to pick up the samples or I should tell her the name of the medication I want. I told her I am not a doctor and it’s for this reason that I am seeking a doctor’s services. She hanged up on me. I called my lawyer and ask for advice to write a complaint; however, the attorney recommended Arizona Board of Medical Examiner (BOMEX) is the appropriate agency to file complaint. However, if I decide to pursue in a lawsuit, the lawyer indicated I am on the good side.
