Dr. Dris completed her undergraduate education and Medical Degree at the University of Algiers School of Medicine in Algeria. Her Internal Medicine residency was pursued at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Odessa, where she also served as Chief Resident. Then she went on to complete Her Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, School of Medicine.Dr. Dris is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Cardiac Electrophysiology. Her particular clinical interests include pacing, defibrillation and management of cardiac arrhythmias. She has published several articles in various cardiology publications, and participated in multiple presentations. Her confidence along with her caring and compassionate demeanor, make her patients feel comfortable right away.During her free time, Dr. Dris enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, Cooking, and exploring the outdoors. She is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
