Dr. Krystal H. Pham is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at Capri Medical in Irvine, California, where she specializes in the care of women from adolescence through their menopausal years. She values the opportunity to really know her patients as she follows them over their lifespan, developing a relationship that helps her determine the most effective treatment for each woman’s condition and lifestyle. Dr. Pham completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Irvine, then was accepted to the university’s College of Medicine. After receiving her medical degree, she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas. She received several awards during her residency, including the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award, the Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures Award, and the Berlex teaching Resident of the Year. During this time, she was also the Vice Chair and subsequently Chair for the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists District VIII Junior Fellow, Nevada Section. After working in private practice in Las Vegas for several years, Dr. Pham returned to Southern California shortly after the birth of her son so she could be closer to family. She thrived with the flexibility of a per diem position that gave her time with her growing family, while also gaining extensive experience as a hospitalist and in general OB/GYN, first at Kaiser
