Dr. Karl Michalko graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1995 before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Rochester from 1995 to 2000. He then completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery at Brown University from 2002 to 2003.
