Dr. Justin Morgan graduated from University of Texas Medical School at Houston in 2011 before completing a residency in Neurology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in Houston, TX from 2012 to 2015. He then completed a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston from 2015 to 2016.
