Dr. Joy Meyer graduated from University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1989 before completing a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Albany Medical Center in 1997.
Dr. Meyer has two offices in New York where she specializes in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
