Recommends Friendly Professional KnowledgeableI was a patient of Dr. Jackson at the Wellness Clinic, a number of years ago. For the last 4 months I have been trying to communicate with the office and get an appointment. I have submitted the appropriate paper work and been unsuccessful in my attempts to get an appointment. When I was told that they were longer taking patients, I explained that I was a former patient, and only wanted to talk with him after he read my paperwork. A lady named Betty, about a week ago, told me to call Tuesday afternoon,10/13/2015, but I was put on hold for 8 minutes while she was on another call. After waiting, I called back to leave a voice mail, name, phone number and how dissatisfied I was with the treatment I received . What kind of office is this? All I expected was curtesy, a response, and received neither. I doubt that Dr. Jackson will ever see this, and maybe he had instructed his staff to do exactly what they are doing. If so, I may be better off never seeing him. My hope is that he is still the doctor I knew and that it is his staff that is the problem.
