KnowledgeableStill not breathing as well as expected. Then was charged over $500 for office visit on a 10 second procedure that I would not have approved of if I knew I was being charged for more than just the office visit.

The man is all of those things above and them some. Every nurse that I came into contact with told me that I was lucky to have Dr. Tarro as my surgeon and they were right in every respect.
