Unfortunately I could not get past the appointment line. My Mother was traveling out of state and sustained a tri-malleolar fracture of the left ankle requiring emergent surgery. She opted to return home immediately to schedule surgery locally. After holding on the appointment line for 55 minutes I was told that the soonest they could work her in was 10 days away for an office visit. When I questioned if that was safe I was promptly transferred to the office manager's voice mail. I left a message and have yet to receive a return call, nor could I get an answer on the appointment line when I attempted to call back. I found out later that Jewett has a walk-in clinic though that was never disclosed to me as an option. Though Jewett may offer fine surgeon's, what good is that if you cannot get past the switchboard due to a staff that is unavailable and unresponsive to your needs. Afraid Jewett missed the bar on this one. I would surely never recommend.
