Dr. Joanne Wilson graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in 1973 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Peter Bent Brigham Hospital, Harvard Medical School from 1973 to 1975. She then completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Veterans Affairs Medical Center from 1976 to 1978.
