Dr. Jeremy Close graduated from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University before completing a residency in Family Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He then completed a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
