My training in both internal medicine and pediatrics lets me follow whole families over time, which I love. I believe that every person deserves the best health care available, and I think that caring partnerships between people and their doctors can result in happier, healthier lives.

Internal Medicine
The specialty of internal medicine is an area of primary care for adults. Dr. Barkley specializes in diagnosing and treating cross-system illnesses that may affect multiple organ systems. When necessary, Dr. Barkley also can refer patients to specialists. For example, patients with serious gastrointestinal issues may be referred to a gastroenterologist for additional diagnostic tests or treatment options.

Dr. Barkley is a pediatrician, a doctor dedicated to helping children of all ages. She provides comprehensive medical treatment for babies, kids & adolescents. As a pediatrician, Dr. Barkley functions as a primary care provider, the first point of contact when a patient is sick. Dr. Barkley is trained to provide well-rounded health care for children of all ages and works very closely with the patient's parents & family to make sure that the child is developing & growing properly.
