Dr. Jeff Weeks was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. He attended Auburn University obtaining a degree in Chemical Engineering, graduating magna cum laude. He completed his Medical degree at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He did his residency training at the G.V. Montgomery VA Medical Center through the University of Mississippi in Jackson, Mississippi.

Dr. Weeks is board certified with the American Board of Ophthalmologist. He works closely with the staff of East Alabama Medical Center as an on-call physician for the Ophthalmology Department.

He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Medical Association of the State of Alabama, and the Lee County Medical Society.
