Dr. Jay Jacobs graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at College of Medicine New Jersey in Newark, NJ. He then completed a fellowship in Cardiology at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
Dr. Jacobs has two offices in Arizona where he specializes in Cardiology.
