Jamison S. Jaffe, DO, joined St. Mary Medical Center in 2013 as an accomplished urologic surgeon specializing in complex robotic and minimally invasive surgery for benign and malignant conditions of the genitourinary tract.

Dr. Jaffe completed a fellowship training in laparoscopic and robotic urology at the prestigious L'Institut Mutualiste Montsouris in Paris, where the laparoscopic prostatectomy procedure was pioneered. He completed a residency in general surgery at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. His urologic surgery residency was completed at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he was named Urology Resident of the Year.

Board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Surgery, Dr. Jaffe is an extensively published researcher and experienced presenter on laparoscopic surgeries at national and international conferences.

For multiple years, Dr. Jaffe has been recognized nationally as a "Top Doc" in U.S. World & News Report, and a "Top Doctor in Urologic Surgery" by Philadelphia Magazine. Previously, Dr. Jaffe served as Director of Minimally Invasive Urologic Surgery and Robotic Surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital and Drexel University College of Medicine.
