Dr. James G. Zolzer and the team at Lakeshore Women's Specialists serve residents throughout the state of North Carolina, including the towns of Mooresville, Davidson, Huntersville, and Lake Norman. The doctor began practicing OB/GYN medicine in 1989 while in in the Navy. After completing his four-year obligation to the Navy, Dr. Zolzer entered into private practice in 1993. Dr. Zolzer and his wife, who is a nurse, continue to further their education so that they can provide the best care possible to all patients.Dr. Zolzer graduated from Georgetown University Medical School in Washington, D.C. He went on to complete two OB/GYN residencies, the first being at Albany Medical Center of Union University of Albany, New York, and East Carolina University, located in Greenville, North Carolina. The doctor also received a B.S. degree in Biology from Sienna College located in Loudonville, New York. With a strong background practicing in the military and in private practice, Dr. Zolzer strives to provide state of the art care and cutting-edge treatment options to each of his patients.
