Dr. Teter began his career as an undergraduate at Indiana University with a degree in Zoology. He completed medical school at Indiana University and a combined internship and residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Teter is a Fellow with the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and a member of the Indiana State Medical Association (ISMA), the Indianapolis Medical Society and the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons. His accomplishments include a peer reviewed pilot study in 1988-1989 and coordinator for the local ACOG chapter. He has also won several “Indianapolis Monthly” Top Doc Awards. “I believe in having an honest concern and focus for my patient’s overall wellbeing.” Dr. Teter loves golfing, fishing, skiing, boating, gardening and a fine glass of wine. Dr. Teter is married with two sons, two daughters, two granddaughters and one grandson. He loves spending as much time as he can with his family.
