Office Details
We are located on the West side of Cass Avenue, approximately 1/2 mile from the intersection of Cass Ave and Ogden Avenue. We are a one story red brick building with a parking lot for patients in the back. We have two handicapped spots in the front of the building. Our building has an arched limestone facade in the front of the building facing the street. However, the primary entrance is in the back of the building, near the parking area.
