I contacted Dr. Lukan after concerns my father in law needed a higher level of care at the hospital he was at. Dr. Lukan responded to my request to speak to him the same day, listened to my situation and he spoke in a non bias professional means, didn't decline us but mentioned I can give the current provider an opportunity to increase my comfort but if I'm concerned still the next day to call back. I followed that with hope we wouldn't have to transfer him but after 24 hours I called back knowing we needed his care. He's a God sent to our family and the first time I slept because he is extraordinary in his care, knowledge, and explanations. I believe anyone in the WNY who has trauma, burns or vascular issues are in the best human hands with Dr. Lukan and his team.
