My surgeon from the same practice was on vacation after my surgery. I started having profuse bleeding pouring from my nose and mouth. I called the emergency number. Dr Miner was on call for the whole office. He told me to go to the ER in Columbus and they would decide if they could treat me or needed to transfer me to the ER in Methodist. Columbus said the care I needed would have to be given at Methodist. They advised me that Dr minor was aware and they were expecting me to arrive. I was transferred to Methodist with bleeding under control at that time. Upon getting there, Dr. Minor refused to come to the ER and treat me and said I had to wait until my regularly scheduled office visit that was set up before I had started bleeding again. His reasoning was due to it being inconvenient for him since it took longer to get me transferred than he anticipated, he was in greenfield and bleeding was controlled. Then I started bleeding again and he still refused to come treat me and no one else would treat me since his practice performed the surgery. I had to wait hours and hours and sit there bleeding then have family drive me to an office over 30 minutes away. I would not recommend him to anyone.
