From NW 150th Street: Take Parkway Center Avenue, south to Wireless Way, Turn left(west) on Wireless way and follow it around the lake. Wireless Way Becomes Parkway Commons Drive. Our office is on the right.
From Memorial Road: Take Technology Drive north to Wireless Way. Turn Left (west)on Wireless way and follow it around the lake. Wireless Way Becomes Parkway Commons Drive. Our office is on the right.
From Hefner Parkway, (Hwy 74) northbound: Exit Memorial Road and stay on the service road of Hefner Parkway. Continue North under the Kilpatrick Turnpike and turn right (east) onto Parkway Commons Drive. Follow it around and our office is on the left.
Our clinic is located on the ground floor, Suite 100 of the Parkway Medical Center building at 14100 Commons Drive in northwest Oklahoma City.

Dr. Jack Marshall graduated from University of Oklahoma College of Medicine before completing a residency in Anesthesiology at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, OK. He then completed a fellowship in Pain Management at Texas Neurocare.
Dr. Marshall has one office in Oklahoma where he specializes in Pain Management and Interventional Pain Management.
