Bio
Dr. Jack Koch graduated from University of South Alabama College of Medicine in 1994 before completing a residency in Psychiatry at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN from 1994 to 1997. He then completed a fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from 1997 to 1999.
Dr. Koch has one office in Tennessee where he specializes in Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry.
