Dr. J. Rafe Sales graduated from Albany Medical College before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR. He then completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Spine Surgery at San Francisco Spine Institute.
Dr. Sales has one office in Oregon where he specializes in Orthopedic Spine Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
Dr. Sales works with seven doctors including Dr. Daniel Trimberger and Dr. Kevin Murphy.

Orthopedic Spine Surgery
Specializing in orthopedic spine surgery, Dr. Sales can diagnose and treat a range of conditions affecting the spine. These may include degenerative diseases, arthritic conditions, fractures, tumors, deformities such as scoliosis, and other conditions. Treatment techniques may range from invasive to minimally-invasive surgeries of the spine and vertebrae. However, depending upon the patient's diagnosis and medical history, treatments may be non-surgical in nature.
