Dr. J. Michael Fuller graduated from University of Alabama School of Medicine at Birmingham before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship in Pulmonary & Critical Care at University of Alabama Hospital Birmingham.
Dr. Fuller has one office in South Carolina where he specializes in Pulmonology and Internal Medicine.
