We are located just down from St. Vincent's Southside Hospital (the old St. Luke's Hospital) near J. Turner Butler and I-95.
Turn left onto Southpoint Parkway, directly across the intersection from St. Vincent's, and follow it to the four way stop sign intersection.
Continue straight on Southpoint Parkway and turn right on the second driveway, in front on the sign "6817 Southpoint Office Center," follow the long driveway around to the left and we are in the back of the complex.

Welcome to Northeast Florida Infectious Disease Clinic with Dr. Ivan Guerrero and Yesenia Baez, ARNP. As specialist we are often consulted by other physicians with unique cases to assist in diagnosing and treatment of illnesses of the sinuses, heart, brain, lungs, urinary tract, bowel, bones and pelvic organs. As an ID specialist we focuses on all kinds of infections, including those caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites. We specialize in treating patients with infections due to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), the cause of AIDS.As an ID specialist we have an extensive knowledge and insight into the use of antibiotics and their potential adverse effects, with additional training in immunology (how the body fights infection), epidemiology (how infections spread) and infection control.

Infectious Disease Medicine
As an infectious disease specialist, Dr. Guerrero is capable of preventing, diagnosing, and treating a wide variety of infectious diseases. Typically, patients with an infectious disease, such as malaria, will require highly specialized treatment or care. Dr. Guerrero may also educate patients traveling to places around the world that have a high rate of infectious diseases; this is sometimes referred to as travel medicine.
