When accessing our Honolulu location we can be found at the St Francis Medical Center at approximately Liliha & Judd Street.
Our Windward Location is at Castle Medical Center located off the Pali Highway going into Kailua in the Harry & Jeanette Weinberg Bldg.
When at Honolulu - Exit the elevator on the 3rd floor of the parking lot. Take the walkway out to the main courtyard our office is in the Sullivan Bldg to the Left Ste 104.

Dr. Irisa Devine graduated from University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in 2009 before completing a residency in Pediatric Neurology at University of Florida Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL from 2009 to 2011. She then completed a fellowship in Neurology at Mayo Clinic from 2011 to 2015.
Dr. Devine has two offices in Hawaii where she specializes in Pediatric Neurology and Epileptology.
Dr. Devine works with five doctors including Dr. Kore Liow and Dr. David Kaminskas.

Pediatric Neurology
Pediatric neurologists provide care for disorders of the nervous system in children. When diagnosing patients, Dr. Devine may perform procedures such as PET scans, EMG or EEG tests or nerve conduction velocity tests, among others. She may treat conditions like epilepsy, aneurysms, behavioral and neuromuscular disorders, sleep problems, learning disabilities, and many other neurological conditions.
