As a nephrologist in Puerto Rico, Dr. Ocasio Melendez diagnoses, treats, and manages diseases and complications affecting your kidneys. These may include kidney stones, chronic kidney disease, renal failure, chronic urinary tract infections, and other disorders that affect the kidneys. When a patient's condition is serious enough to cause kidney failure, Dr. Ocasio Melendez may be responsible for managing the dialysis process.
