Dr. Henry Tseng graduated from University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine in 2002 before completing a residency in Ophthalmology at Duke Eye Center in Durham, NC from 2003 to 2006. He then completed a fellowship in Clinical Fellowship at Duke Eye Center from 2006 to 2008.
