On TimeI am a single parent with RA and an epilepsy diagnosis. I waited ten minutes for a parking place, then waited four minutes for the front desk staff to get done helping other clients. My appointment was at 10:00 according to the call I received. I was in the office by 10:05. I was interrogated and was refused treatment due to me being "late" and having had seizures in the past. This appointment was made months ago, and I even had to reschedule due to Dr. Hooker being sick. Dr. Hooker and his staff showed a complete lack of compassion, which is something I believe is important. I was merely hoping to have an EMG scheduled of my feet and hands and to receive a second opinion regarding whether my forgetfulness was seizures or anxiety.
