Gayle Harris, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN with more than 20 years of experience. She offers a full scope of gynecological and obstetric services to patients at Connecticut Women’s OB/GYN, a leading women’s health practice located in the towns of South Windsor, West Hartford, and Enfield, Connecticut. Besides providing routine preventive care exams, gynecological disease management, birth control, family planning, and complete obstetric care, Dr. Harris specializes in disorders of the vagina and vulva. She strives to provide excellent, compassionate care so that her patients are more comfortable, and therefore more likely to maintain long-term gynecological health. Dr. Harris earned her master’s degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts, and her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, Connecticut. She went on to complete her general residency at Bridgeport Hospital in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and her residency in gynecology and obstetrics at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut. Dr. Harris also served as a fellow with the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease in 2006. She is an active member of various local, state, and national medical associations.
