Traveling North or South on I-25
Exit onto Colorado Blvd. Northbound. Go north approximately 2.5 miles, turning left (west) on First Avenue. Go 5 blocks to Madison and turn left onto Madison.
Visitor parking is on the south side of the building (in the parking garage). Overflow parking is available on the street, or in the lot west of Omni Eye Specialists on the corner of Cook and 1st in the Key Bank parking lot.

The office is located on the west side of Yosemite, about 1/4 mi. south of Arapahoe Road. Turn before the Spivack Vision Center sign to access our parking lot.

Bio
Dr. Gary Belen graduated from University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine before completing a residency in Ophthalmology at Maryland General Hospital in Baltimore, MD. He then completed a fellowship in Ophthalmology at Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Dr. Belen has two offices in Colorado where he specializes in Ophthalmology.
Dr. Belen works with six doctors including Dr. Sumit Sitole and Dr. Salil Shukla.
