Dr. Frederick Vincent graduated from Laval University Medical College in 1998 before completing a residency in Neurosurgery at University of Montreal, Notre-Dame Hospital CHUM from 1999 to 2005. He then completed a fellowship in Neurological Surgery at Toronto Western Hospital, University of Toronto from 2005 to 2006.
