Dr. Frank Warren graduated from Oregon Health Sciences University School Of Medicine in 1999 before completing a residency in ENT / Otolaryngology at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR from 2000 to 2004. He then completed a fellowship in Neurotology at Vanderbilt University Medical Canter from 2004 to 2006.
