Dr. Frank Fechner graduated from Albert Ludwigs University Faculty of Medicine in 1996 before completing a residency in Dermatology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA in 2003. He then completed a fellowship in Dermatology at Massachusetts General Hospital in 1999.
