Dr. Francis Pettigrew graduated from University of Tennessee College of Medicine in 1987 before completing a residency in Plastic Surgery at University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Chattanooga in Chattanooga, TN.
Dr. Pettigrew has one office in Georgia where he specializes in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery.

Plastic Surgery
