Dr. Fotios Tjoumakaris graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey before completing a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He then completed a fellowship in Orthopedic Surgery at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
