Dr. Faiyaaz Jhaveri graduated from Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine in 1993 before completing a residency in Urology at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC from 1995 to 1998. He then completed a fellowship in Urologic Oncology at The Cleveland Clinc Foundation Cleveland from 1998 to 1999.
