Dr. Fahim Malik graduated from University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences in 2004 before completing a residency in Internal Medicine at University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ from 2004 to 2007. He then completed a fellowship in Nephrology at Boston University from 2008 to 2010.
