Although she appears professional, by far she is not. The quality of her background and lack of experience may be why she runs a place of such poor quality. I did not feel she cared at all about health and the well being of others. She only cares about herself and having control. Which is why she hires staff members who also don't care and have poor quality training. She abuses her authority on her patients. Don't take your family here!!!!!!!
