Dr. Grana is board certified pain medicine specialist. He earned his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico. He completed his internship and residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at University Hospital in Puerto Rico. He completed a fellowship at the University of Washington. He is a former assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation with a subspecialty board certification in pain medicine. He is also board certified in electrodiagnostic medicine.
Dr. Grana has been practicing pain medicine and performing spinal injections for more than 20 years.
